Differential Drive
   
 
The Differential Drives are designed & manufactured to provide efficient drive for multi speed operations. The drive is basically a Planetary gear unit with provision to rotate ring gear by a Worm drive. This drive has got several advantages over conventional drives in terms of high efficiency, low cost and space saving.
   
 
The significant features of this drive are:
No locking is required for the ring gear, as the Worm drive is irreversible.
The construction of the unit is very compact that saves the valuable space.
 
In case the Main motor fails, the system can be run by the Auxiliary motor, which saves the production loss.
 
The drive is designed to be flange\foot mounted. Input dimensions are suitable to B-5 flange type electrical motor mounting dimensions.
High efficiency and quiet running.
Easy to maintain and install
Very high ratios are available.
