The planetary drives offered in this series have a modular construction. Based on different sizes, each module has nominal rated torque values and various reduction ratios. This range of planetary drives have been designed according to latest production and design concepts. This range will meet the power requirements of many industries.

Operating Principle

Usually for speed reduction, input is given to sun gear & reduced output is taken through planet carrier & ring gear is stationary. The reduction is essentially coaxial and direction of rotation is same.
   
Material Construction
 
Gears : Made from high tensile alloy steel hardened & ground
Planet Carriers : Planet carriers are manufactured from cast steel.
Shafts : Made from high tensile alloy steel & toughened .
Casings : Made from close grained cast iron or cast steel to absorb shocks.
Boughtout Parts : All standard parts such as bearings, seals hardware are procured directly from reputed manufacturers for genuineness & cost effectiveness.
